Definition[]
A feeder corps is usually a Junior Drum Corps made up of corps members of ages approximately 9 to 14 years although this varies from corps to corps. The function of the feeder corps is to be a training unit for its parent corps or organization. Once members reach a certain age they are expected to graduate to the parent drum corps.
